Why do seekers pay but listers don't?
Listing is free so every available property in Nairobi ends up on HousezArena. The seeker subscription funds GPS verification, matatu route data, and safety scoring for every listing — and keeps out fake or abandoned listings.
How does M-Pesa payment work?
Choose a plan, enter your phone number, and confirm the STK push prompt on your phone. Access unlocks the moment M-Pesa confirms the payment — no waiting.
Does HousezArena take a commission?
No. We are a listing platform, not an agent. We do not take any cut of rental transactions. All money goes directly between lister and seeker.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You'll be prompted to renew before you can browse listings or view property details again. Your saved properties and message history are kept either way.
